At Atomic AMZ, we provide digital services to Amazon sellers, including advertising strategy, listing optimization, and performance reporting. As a service-based business, there are no physical goods shipped.

Service Delivery Timeline

Upon successful payment, onboarding begins within 2–5 business days. The full scope of services and delivery timelines are outlined in the client’s onboarding documents and confirmed via email.


Fulfilment Method
All services are delivered digitally. This may include access to reports, strategy documents, performance dashboards, or scheduled video calls. Clients are notified via email as each milestone or deliverable is completed.

Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide access to their Amazon Seller Central accounts, ad accounts, or relevant data as outlined in the onboarding process. Delays in access may impact delivery timelines.

Non-Delivery Circumstances
If a service cannot be fulfilled due to lack of access, missing information, or unforeseen issues on the client's side, the fulfilment timeline may be adjusted. We will communicate these changes transparently.
